Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery.
• Items should be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all parts and packaging included. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

1. Email contact@neroandrocco.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. No reason required.
2. We will reply with simple return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non refundable where applicable.
• Bank or payment provider processing times may vary after we issue the refund.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
