At Nero & Rocco, shipping is always free. We ship within the United States. Most orders ship from the US with USPS. We ship from two locations in the USA on the East Coast and the West Coast to ensure fast delivery times.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays process on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
- Most orders ship with USPS.
- Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after shipment for the contiguous United States.
- We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however delivery times can be significantly longer and take up to 15 business days.
- Delivery times can vary due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays.
- PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses are supported with USPS.

- Always free shipping on all orders.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships.
- Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Address Changes
- If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only before the order is fulfilled.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order is delayed more than 10 business days after shipment or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will help.
- If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, wait 48 hours, check with neighbors, and then contact us.
Damaged Items
- If an item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
